A heirloom quality diamond engagement ring crafted in the Art Deco era by Cartier.
The timeless design of the palladium setting showcases two baguette diamonds of the highest quality on each side of the main diamond.
The diamond I chose for this once in a lifetime setting is a wonderful and extremely lively late old european/early transitional cut diamond which fits absolutely perfectly with the era of the ring.
The 2.28ct diamond is a true antique cut stone, it is GIA certified, has a rare H color and VS2 clarity with no fluorescence which sparkles beautifully.
What makes this 1940s Cartier piece so unique is the choice of it’s metal: palladium, it is one of the rarest metals on the planet and very difficult to find in antique jewelry. The ring is inscribed by Cartier, it has been checked and restored by my master jeweler so it is ready for a new century of love!
This is truly a once in a lifetime find!
