Layaway Policy

We are pleased to offer Layaway Plans to our collectors. Please note: Once a layaway is placed, we are not able to modify it in any way. Kindly double-check your item(s) and payment terms before confirming.

  • All layaways are FINAL SALE — no returns or exchanges are allowed.
  • Layaways cannot be swapped. If a change is requested, a 20% restocking fee (based on the original item’s price) will apply.
  • Layaway duration is typically 3 to 12 months.
  • Clients may have a maximum of two active layaways at any given time.
  • Layaway is offered by direct request only (not available through website checkout). Please inquire via Instagram or email.
  • A 20% deposit is required to reserve the item.
  • Deposits are non-refundable if the client cancels their layaway.
  • Monthly payments are expected once per calendar month. Missed payments will result in cancellation, forfeiture of the deposit, and the item being relisted.
