You have a full right of return for up to 14 days from the time you receive the item, provided that you have not used the item and that it is returned in undamaged and untouched condition. The most important thing for us is that you are 100% satisfied with your shopping experience.
If you regret the purchase within 14 days, you can send the item back, and we will refund you the entire amount you have paid for the item. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com to request a return.
You as a customer must cover the cost of shipping when you send the item back to us, unless you return an item due to an error. In the event of complaints or package errors, we always refund return postage. You are also responsible for the risk of return shipping, should the product be damaged or disappear during shipping.
Upon return, the item(s) must be packed properly, together with the box. Transport damage that occurs due to defective packaging will be charged to you as a customer.
Refunds for returned items will be made on or before the third working day upon receiving the package. Please note that the items must be re-inspected for condition prior to the refund.
If the original payment was made by credit card, it may take a full billing cycle before the credit is displayed. PayPal refunds are usually made within 2-3 business days.
